A Couple of years ago we did a mindfulness episode where we identified a need for a mindfulness and wellbeing service on the island of Ireland. We felt that it was badly needed. In that time Minding Creative minds was founded and what an important service it is. Today we have the founder of MindingCreativeMinds.ie, Dave Reid to talk about its inception and progress.

In 2020 David Reid founded Minding Creative Minds which is a 24/7 wellbeing and support service for the Irish Creative Sector. His background is in the Music Sector. Dave co-founded the RTE Choice Music Prize project in 2006. This event honours the best Irish Album & Song annually in Ireland. Dave also manages music acts Robert Grace (signed to Sony Music, 2.9m followers on TikTok) and Shobsy Formerly board member of the First Fortnight Mental Health Arts Festival MSc in Marketing and an MA in Psychotherapy
