Most recently Michael-David wrapped a role on âQuanticoâ for ABC Studios as well as the Irish feature film âThe Comebackâ. He will be seen in 2018 playing Shane Twomey for Element Picturesâ âRed Rockâ. He performed in Reality:Check Productionsâ âDisco Pigs & Sucking Dublinâ which won the Irish Times Theatre Award for Best Ensemble. In 2017 he appeared in White Labelâs production of âThe Eurydice Projectâ which ran at the Project Arts Centre, as Edmund in âKing Learâ at the Mill Theatre, as well as âThe Voice Factor [X]â at The New Theatre. Further screen credits include '3 Friends', âSummon Her Childrenâ and âBonsoir Lunaâ. Previous theatre credits include Rough Magicâs âThe Criticâ at the Dublin Theatre Festival, the premiere of âAccording To His Needâ at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, as well as âHOSTEL 16â at the Dublin Fringe Festival directed by Raymond Keane. He is a singer and a multi-instrumentalist proficient with piano, guitar, and mandolin. Michael-David McKernan is a graduate of The Programme for Screen Acting at Bow Street Film Academy. He has previously trained in Physical Theatre at the London Academy of Dramatic Art and holds a First Class Honours degree in Drama & Theatre Studies at the Samuel Beckett Centre in Trinity College.
